If it’s our first time working together, I recommend 3 consecutive weekly sessions to help you stay motivated, inspired and accountable. However, it’s completely up to you to decide what works best for you.
In follow up sessions, we delve into what’s underneath the surface. We plant the seeds to allow realisations to come up, which often happens AFTER our call. ie. when you’re driving to pick up the kids, peeling potatoes for dinner, or if you’re like me, in the shower.
The magic often happens outside our 60 minutes together.
