All products are packaged in a suitable rigid or padded enveloped to ensure your purchase is protected on its way to you. Prints are packaged inside a clear envelope with backing. Ownership of the goods purchased is transferred to you (the buyer) when your purchase is submitted to Australia Post for delivery. I, (the seller) am not liable for the loss or damage of items occurring during the shipping process to you. If you require additional postage insurance, please contact me directly via the contact form.
Domestic Orders (within Australia):
- A4 Prints are posted for $10 as a registered large letter. If you are happy to have your prints posted without tracking, please enter coupon code notrackingpostage at the checkout to reduce your print postage cost to $6.
- Small bulky items under 500g are posted for $10 with tracking.
International Orders (United States, New Zealand):
- please contact me for a postage quote.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase, unless item is a pre order, or otherwise stated in the product description. If your order includes an item that is on back order, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of it’s arrival to us from our supplier.
Please allow 2 – 6 business days from time of despatch for delivery of domestic orders, and 8 business days for international orders.
